We offer refunds for eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Step 2: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions.

  • Step 3: Securely package the items and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Condition of Items
Due to the personal nature of body and hair care products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. Our policy is designed for your safety and hygiene.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the product and packaging to [email protected], and we will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds do not include original or return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Final Sale Items
Certain sale, clearance, or promotional items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
